Mystery seat...

Hello, I recently bought a 1960 FJ25 soft top from a large dealership in Denver, CO. The vehicle arrived and, as usual, has some issues. First on the list id the rear seat that clearly is not correct. Can anyone identify it and suggest where it came from? the side mounted seat brackets and reinforcement cleats are present. Thanks.

The ribbing on back of the seat top is kinda oddly not toyota looking and the bottom is thinner ribs

I do like the look of it and has the uniqueness to it

The two bars that come down and rest on the rear deck is reminiscent of another truck as I mentioned in the 40 section post … an early fj43 with rear lift forward facing seats…

Do you know where this truck was originally imported?

If it were a south of the boarder truck it could have had a local seat installed to get around nationalization laws

Here is an odd seat from a Japan fj43 …
