Mystery ground strap

Please help…where does this go? Found it disconnected on my ‘95 Land Cruiser, rear passenger side of engine block

That should be connected to the firewall just above the wire harness plastic cover (just above its current location). The bolt at the top of the plastic cover should come out and you place behind then reinstall.

And for the visual folk, that is not the normal location of the throttle body.
