Mystery electrical connection under dash (1 Viewer)

Hey guys so I got a 1991 80series 1hdt from Japan. When I pulled the bottom kickplate under steering wheel to remove the turbo timer that was installed I found a grey 26 pin connector left hanging with no visible places to connect it into. Located by driver knee towards door.

I should have stated, I’m wondering if anyone has this connector that is left hanging as well or if it is plugged in? Is it a obd connector or a factory spare connector for a different motor etc...

Hyperdrive connector. Not available in JDM models.
