The winch will be painted by tomorrow. Just have to give more time for the rust converter to cure.

I have started on the bumper extensions. They are really in bad shape. I will repair and make them look presentable.

After greasing up before winding the cable, you replace the zerk with a set screw. At least you have a way of servicing the drum without disassembling it.

Stitches are now covered with epoxy. As soon as it is dry, a second layer would be applies.

Got the winch painted with epoxy primer. Just need to cure it for a day or two.

It is safe to use, no chemicals or whatsoever. Just make sure you have the patience. Check the stuff on eBay:
GLASS POLISHING KIT~100g CERIUM OXIDE~3" PAD~SCRATCH REMOVER~WINDSCREEN ~GLASS

It will restore glass of light scratches, acid rain build-up, tar, and stubborn stains guaranteed. Deep scratches would be a different kit you will use, much more difficult and riskier.
