Well, it took four months to the day. We got our keys today for our newly renovated home. Went from 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath to 4 bedrooms 3.5 baths. got the ensuite bath and walk-in closet. I got the two-car garage, and the got their own space upstairs with a rec room.

Can't say enough good things about DMC Contracting. They did an excellent job.

It was less expensive to renovate than move and buy new here in Abbotsford but not by a whole lot. Also, anything new is on a lot 1/2 the size we have now and we really like our neighbourhood, so it was better for us to renovate.

It's a lot of work to move out for a few months and then back again, don't get me wrong, this is a big distraction in our already busy lives, but well worth it as it went so well for us.

Indeed, almost like watching one of those home reno shows

And Rob, I remember now having DMC quote on my bathroom reno, but they were one of the ones who never actually submitted after they spent the time to come out and measure.
