Here's my recent aquisition, a '92 Toy. 22RE, 175K miles. It has a nice plastic bedliner, which is great because I plan to use it as a work truck. PO just had a new clutch put in, which set him back $850. According to the shop that did the clutch it needed a new HG -due to an external HG leak -and waterpump, and they suggested a new timing set. I checked the original owner receipts to find that it had the HG done at 144K, along with a new timing cover and set. So, I've "steel sealed" it, replaced waterpump, thermostat and belts and it's running fine, with no apparent leaks. The waterpump leak had been pretty bad. The carpet is quite worn and filthy with dog hair. I'm thinking of pulling it all out and just rhino lining-or something similar. What do you guys think? I paid $1500.
Those IMO make the best rigs and yours is a beaut! Treat her well
