I am so sorry. The way I found to best cope when this happens is to focus on the happy times & that I kept them safe & healthy. My Aunt says everyone has A DOG one that is their special favorite dog. Mine was absolutely Harley the Black Lab. I lost him in 2004 and it still feels like yesterday. My deepest condolences.
