Check all your vacuum lines. Replace where necessary.

Thanks! Checked them and there good. I checked with my friend who's a toyota tech. He said its a diaphram in the carb. Ill have to check that. I have to check on a exhaust leak at the manifold. Hope it isnt cracked. My tach was stuck at 1k but after driving it its not stuck at 4k. Is there a remedy for it Today I went and try to tackle the vent controls. THe recirculate didnt work and the defrost one didnt work. I fixed the recirculate was just disconnected But the defrost is different. The defrost arm that moves a plastic mechanism is loose and or wore out so I have to replaced the controls. Here are some pics.

Okay so I figured out it was the diaphram that was bad. A friend of me wanted to see if I wanted his 83 toyota pickup 4X4. I really want it so im going to sell this and get that. lol
