kick ass.

Someone should claim SCC SHOTGUN! with Greg quick. Looks like he will go everywhere he wants to.

When are we installing?

That's insane!
I can't wait to see you crawl with all this.

Hey Greg,

What are full-floaters (pardon my ignorance here), and why would you change out the gearing in the front diff? Wouldn't you have to change out the rear (to keep the front and rear tires at the same speed)? Sounds cool, though. Sign me up for the mod.

see you have a semi floater, so when you backed your truck into the water while putting in a boat, it only kinda stayed above water. With a full floater, you would have been fine.

Ahh, I see. I also seem to have a semi-floater vs. full floater problem at my house, too. They say it's my diet, but I can now attribute it to wrong gearing.

Update.

Got the FF broke down Wed night w/ barry's help. Thanks barry.

Tonight I was inspired. Got home from work at 6:20. By 9 I had the old SF rear axle free from the truck.

Tomorrow night, move the lockright from the SF to the FF.

Sunday, weld up the perches and bolt in the FF.

Great progress!

Movin right allong. Thanks to Brian, Heath and John for the help tonight.

I'll be mocking up the axle to get the pinion angle tomorrow and hopefully welding the perches on.

Still pleanty to do.

Thanks again for the help tonight.
