That really is sh*tty. :frown: I would be demanding that ICBC put in a new 1/4 panel. Also, a good idea to go to the doctor and get your back and neck checked out real well. Some of that stuff does not show up until much later. Also, ICBC seems much more open to doing the right thing for you when they have a potentially large injury claim at their feet. At the same time, if you see or say you are going to see a lawyer, that openess goes away real quick.

Yeah, I have found that they are much better now than a number of years ago. I was rear-ended in February in my older LC. I was pulling a trailer that time. Of course, my 60 was rusted, really rusted and I just took a cash settlement. I have an app't for the doctor later today and my meeting with ICBC is tomorrow.
