The new addition to my 'family'.

Thanks Tait.

Nice truck. Looking at your signature you have quite a collection.

No, there is no rust.

Ih8RUST! I am actually dealing with sun damage if you can imagine. Fortunately, my now retired 87HJ has the same interior so all the plastic bits can be swapped, except the dash.

ahhhh man. breaks my heart to see her...but i am consoled by the fact she is in good hands! i know you'll take care of her kim! just so everyone knows: she was originally from arizona, and has less rust (read ZERO!) than most new vehicles! i was chronic in her upkeep...my wife would say "obsessive"!

btw...kim, when is a good time to drop off those racks?

Well, any evening this week but not tonight. Evenings on the weekend are good as well.

So Kim with all those 60 series, I am sure you have an old set of 15" 60 series rims you might want to get rid of. I hear from Auss that they'll fit on my Safari. I need a set for my winter tires. Not looking for pretty - just functional. PM if you have something. Thanks,
John

I will eventually have a set available, however, they're all on moving vehicles so I don't want to 'part' with them yet.

I did see a set for sale on here a few weeks ago; he wanted 75 dollars and then edited to 100 dollars....

I was sooooo tempted by that 62:doh:.....congratulations - nothing short of NICE:beer:

hey canucksafari, I actually have my old BJ60 rims. They have newish mounted yokohama at's on them. About 6k kms total. I removed them cause they were too small with my lift. Then I got into 16 inch rims something serious. I have floated around selling them. The rims are rusty, The tires are nice. Even ok for winter.
I dunno... if your stuck let me know... does Steve(mud guppie) not have rims? He had about 6 old 60's there when I was there in july.............

Well, I was rear ended AGAIN!

Why, why are all these SOB's slamming into MY CRUISERS? It's isn't because I'm slow as I have been stopped both frigging times this year that this has happened.

I am so pissed off right now.

Thanks for the offer Brown Bear. Justin has given me a couple sets of rims: one he had at his house and another set he has sitting at Steve's. With two sets, I guess this means I am well on my path to getting a Cruiser to sit on them. Next thing are the axles and so on.:grinpimp:

Hope it wasn't the new toy. Time to get a rear bumper like the front on that "800 hp" cruiser for sale on CraigList. I leave the ball and tow bar on my hitch just for such occassions so that their damage will exceed mine. Hope it works out for you with ICBC.

John

It was my new Toy! Ironically, the stock bumper only has a minor twist as the car that hit me did a 180 on the median and hit the drivers rear quarter above the bumper.

Ugh!
