Very nice Amigo--you need to stop going through these so fast--I want to buy another one some day!

Jim, didn't you get my pm about the 40th anniversary edition in Houston with only 40k miles on it? :D Nice rig!

Ok.

It was a nice 80 but was considerably overpriced IMO, which was why I passed on it...

And?

And as long as you (El Mariachi) is happy then that is all that really matters

One should never assume that the seller's asking price is the final price. I am in the car business and I assure you I did not pay $17.5 or anything remotely close. It pays to endear the seller in a series of phone calls and emails such that they appreciate your desire for the truck. Let's put it like this....I can make $2k by fipping it on eBay, easy. Not to mention that I now have the unlimited use of his 52' Hatteras yacht in Cabo whenever I choose to fly down.

So yes, elmariachi is happy. :flipoff2:

Pete McPherson used the same tactic to get a great deal on his 80 two weeks ago.

Me, I just sent ribs until the title/cashier's check problems were straightened out. :D

And of course, I'm always endearing....

No, you and Grogan caught me at a weak moment and took advantage of me. Bastaaads. But the BBQ took my mind off of it for about 14 minutes.

This could be another perk in the recruitment of new LSLC members. I could be persuaded to join if membership included two or three all expense paid junkets to Cabo for some game fishing.

Yes, that would definitely get membership up. Funny how you find you have new friends when you involve access to a boat. :D

Tempted to switch out interiors (seats)?... or are the white one's in better shape? You know, I swore I wasn't going to the Roundup this year, but you'll have yet another new truck, Grogan has the new 100 and all of these internet famous gink-balls look to be there...crap, maybe I'll have to burn a couple of tanks of gas...
