Youve got a fun project there,makes my list of jobs pale into comparison with yours.LOL
You do know the 79 series box is not a straight bolt up to the 75. I think youll end up with a big gap between cab and box with out changing the mounting points

on the first post,those doors from the 79 have been on the 75 for 5 years,i am going to use them on my 75 project,those doors on the 79 box r new arrivals to fit BJ70,71,.......
l have some old HZJ75 doors in the shed,wonder how hard to craft the glass frame onto the 79 doors/??/

Hi Wong,
some one else was building this truck for rockrawling,they have cut the frame at rear and move the springs forward,but l have located another frame from a pzj75.
my last project got out of hand and l can't even drive it on the street because the police will not like it....
this one is going to be more stock...

i have forgot about my post,found it today while looking for some pictures of hzj75,did some work on the hzj75 in the last 3 weeks,found another frame from a pzj75,the picture i posted before had a shortened hzj75 frame,so i am using the pzj75 frame so i can mount the 79 box ,i have another 1HZ sitting here with H55 so i mounted the engine on the pzj75 frame,have to move the left engine mount forward a couple of inches.
