Kinda like that post says. I shut my 07 lx470 off and go inside. When I come back out, the radio is playing (usually CD) and my display is asking me to agree to the terms my car and I have about safe driving. This happened only a couple times before, but today it's happened every time except the time I stayed in the car and waited for it. WTF?

You have water getting into the cabin.
I bet your instrument cluster is live too.

this happened twice over the winter to my 03 LX - on mine I doubt water intrusion was the issue as it stays in the garage the majority of the time and I've had no prior water issues. It ended up draining the battery overnight on two occasions.

Although it hasn't happened since, I occasionally go out in the evening to make sure it hasn't started acting up again.
I did not find any relay problems with the ones I checked. I ended up blaming it on a weak 5 year old battery and the cold temps, but never did discover if the actual cause.

My instrument cluster stayed live, HAVC fans ran, windows worked, radio antenna ran up, alarm would sound if I locked it, DRL's stayed on...it was water getting into the computer behind the passenger kick panel.
Carwash...rain...snowmelt...the water leak was small enough that I couldn't find it until I poured water down the drains. It left no puddles on the floor. No water streaks inside. All was hidden.

I didn't pay attention to anything else being on. The water theory makes sense except the timing of when it happens. its scary to think that my cream puff air tight tank has a hole in it lol! Last night I turned off my radio manually. It didn't come on last night. Raining cats and dogs.
