on holidays and 1400km away from home in 38 degree Celsius, and my fan stopped working (so therefore no aircond...)
So, after a couple of hours of troubleshooting I decided to connect the fan directly to the battery, and nothing... so I took it apart...
I missing brush, and 1 about 4mm long...
I bought 2 new brushes that were about 5mm too long, too wide and too high, and spent a couple of hours filing them down with my Leatherman...
Blows better than ever now!!!
The clutch story will have to wait until I (hopefully) make it back home.....
