And where would I get u-bolts that fit??? brake lines
stock c303 tires and rims makes it well inside the flares
some anti-rust

Dont know, the C303 does not have it. The sua reduces axles wrap, and I think it will be less of a problem now than it was with the stock axles soa. Since center of the tires are closer to center of the leaf pack.
But If i need it, I will make it!
In my Hilux (RIP), before coils, i had SUA front and SOA rear. Rear axle was bolted to leafs just like like yours and like i said, SOA. Never had any problems with that, but yes, welds have to be strong.
What comes to traction bars, make them. I made it to rear in the beginning of course, but at the first test drive i noticed, that when i hit the brakes, pinion jumped up really bad. And that, like i said, SUA. Had to do bar to the front also. Torque on the axle is really strong with portals.

waiting on parts and time now... 10 more days...
Needless to say, the dbl cab hilux has 38s normally... and is stock RHD and SA.

I want that Dbl Cab hilux... you guys have no idea how lucky you are! I wouldve portal'd the hilux over the runner though...
