Hey, I'd prefer a stock F, but going with an all Toyota V8 sounds cool too!

Is the Lexus V8 just sitting in it, or is she bolted in?

thats what i would do if i had those things accesable to me...get rid of all the other toys and commit to restoring the 62 toy....wait ....what other toys are in your garage? :)

I guess i'm a radical purist...as long as its Toyota its pure

Well as for other toys one of my other live long passions is motorcycles... street and dirt.... present street is a 04 RC51 and dirt
01 CR250 and a few 4-wheelers.. Also I have my Dad's 1974 F250 that became mine when he passed away in 1977:crybaby: I was 17 at the time. Feb 8th will be 31 years ago Damn I still miss him.

I now understand your dilemma. You may be right...you may need to find her a new home where she will be well taken care of, and then you can get back to doing what you like best.

She is a good looking Cruiser. If it will help any I paid my '64 40 just over $1200. She is in great shape, with an engine, but not perfect. My daughter and I have already started the process of gathering stuff, and getting ready to restore it back to stock...and she promised to drive the old man to DQ when it is done :)

BTW...nice pick-up...cool that you still have it!
