Must have hinges for Coleman coolers

I just wanted to say that I replaced the hinges on my coleman extreme cooler with these metal ones instead of the plastic ones that come with it and it's made a huge difference in ease of use. No more lid slamming down on your hands!

There may be other ones that work it seems but these work great for me.

I have one of the really large white coolers, the plastic hinges wore out and were broken. Tried some rubber strip I had laying around but it didn't hold up very well.

Had the old timing belt from the wife's 07 4runner (V8) and with a bit of trimming of the plastic tabs to clamp it in place it's worked well since. Your option is a bit classier, but as an alternative.
