In everyone's experience do the dealers typically interchange the term Multi-Point Inspection for a xx,000 Mile Scheduled Maintenance in the Service Record?

Or even more curious, if you were to see LOF instead of a Scheduled Maintenance record at say 30,000 miles would you be concerned?

Dealers will typically whatever they think the mark (customer) will fall for.

Following what the manufacturer requires is your best bet at keeping the car running properly.

Yes, I would be concerned. Go down the list of needed service in the manual with the service advisor and make sure they do everything and nothing more (Unless you specifically request additional service). At many dealerships lubing the propeller shafts is usually skipped and ruining the cabin filter housing door is usually done. LOF techs familiar with the LC are rare. Don‘t assume anything from wording on the service statement.

I would not be concerned they all have different selling approaches when it comes to factory maintenance.

Dealer A: could charge you $800 for an all inclusive 30k mile service that adds additional unnecessary work/flushes built into the price
Dealer B: Could quote you $300 and perform the factory rec. 30k services
Dealer C: Could get you in the door for the price of a 10k service (around $90) and then do a visual inspection to see if any additional services are needed at the time based on their MPI, multi point inspection. You may not need to do a cabin filter or air filter if it has previously been replaced.

I personally would prefer the type of dealer that you have which is dealer C.

This is an historical record so I doubt anyone at the dealer will know what was checked and what wasn't.

Ahh, I was confused. I thought your question was for an impending service and not a historical one.
