I might make it on sunday if not too hung over, but my brilliant buddy decided to get married on the weekend of the mud bogs!

We will be coming down for the bogs, anybody coming to watch?

Your sayin something you own will be ready to drive? :wrench: I would bring mine but SOMEBODY (who looks just like you, weird I know) sabotaged my ultra clean ride by putting the wrong bearing in, :hhmm:, and I'm not even gonna mention the time you ran over my dog, right after I said, " Don't run over Cruiserdog " :bang: but I figured you would anyway.

My dad was wondering where Norm's tire is, he's bored I think and needs something to do. When did you want to do the welding on your motorhome?

wowk you sound like a 4 year old rattling off all those questions, the only thing you missed was "why" 1-yes my truck will be ready(only have to rebuild turbo 350,disc brakes on rear, new master cylinder, shorten rear drive shaft, tune up and fix the lean to the pass side) 2-YOU ordered the parts, I just helped and drank beer
3-Norm's tire will be down on the next truck I'll send it att Louis
4-after FSJ mud bogs and for the dog part I have no excuse other than poor navigating from the co pilot( at least the dog wasn't hurt to bad)

Just checked.... it looks like I should be around that weekend. Hope to see you there!

Cool. I'll bring my bikini!

(kidding).

well put my back d-shaft in and I should be ready to go for the bogs. wow a week and a half left what to do? yard work- nah. clean the garage-nah work on the new tow vehicle-yep!(93 cummins 4x4 in a dodge shipping crate, going in a 74 ford crewcab this winter)

That sounds awsome. The tow rig is even better than my buddy across the street putting in a 12valve cummins into his 79 ford pickup.

Any pics of the crew cab project, I wana do the same, I like those split grill fords when did that era start, I know it ended in 77.

This year if you have any extra time we should plan a get-together at a local pub or restaurant (for the under 18 crowd). Lemme know if/when you'd be interested in doing something and I'll arrange something. I know Deny will likely be at a wedding on Sat. and I might head out to the dance that evening... I'm not sure about Jfc, Howard et al's availability though. When do you get to town? Friday aft?

were getting there fri afternoon, were camping at peace island park there's a drivers meeting from 6-7 fri nite but after that we will be at the campsite, all you guys are welcome to come down for a beer fri,sat or sun nite. we have reserved camp sites over by the playground

I've got it stripped down to the frame now,I'm putting the crewcab body on a singl cab frame. I've moved the back axle back 15" I'm sandblasting the frame this summer and starting on the bodywork with the help of a rotissere. The girls have picked Plum Crazy and Black as the paint scheme. once I get the frame sandblasted and some bodywork done I will post up some pictures. Dean 73 to early 78 was the split grill late 78 and 79 had the square h/lights and non split grille

Where are the pics

X2, I had crappy meetings in Fairview, and the wedding take up my entire weekend, and missed the bogs altogether. Who won?

Guess I will have to make up missing the bogs this year by entering a truck next year!:hillbilly:

I wasn't paying attention to who won the super stock class, but a kid fron Chetwynd won the pro stock class(13 years old) . You missed a great weekend Deny, I'll see if my wife took any pictures cause I didn't.
