MT vs AT Tires

Ran the Dura Tracs this past weekend to tow up to and pre-run NEFR.

Initial results:

• Very durable (in C ply), no flats on baby-head ladden gravel at 40MPH (Ran only ~20 miles of it)
• Towed well but needed 55lbs in rear.
• exceptionally quiet considering tread pattern (less than BFG ATs) on par with a snow tire
• Breaking threshold on tarmac in rain w/ 500lbs of cargo was the best I've ever had with AT tires
• Only went through small mud so no fedback there
• Can't wait to see how they run in snow
• With OME struts I think they handeled better than the soccer-mom Michelin LTXs that were on it when I bought it
• And, for those who like to dress to impress, yes they look hawt and got lots off attention at rally service

At 152.00 each from tire rack they are a great buy.
