Mt Benson Wheeling day

Tooks some newbs from work out for a light run up Benson, some of the guys had to park there rigs and jump in with me and another truck due to tiny tire syndrome

We went up a ways, (IFS does suck for the record) I did manage to chew up the egdes of my tire lugs pretty bad rubbing on the inner fenders.

We hit snow and it got bad fast, slick slushy crap. Sorry no pics, we had a good time, the 4 runner did pretty good although I do need at least one locker and maybe a pulling device on the front bumper...

Most entertaining moment, my fellow worker at metal super market wedged himself between root and tree. I jumped out and had no way of pulling him off the stump so I had him back down a 3 foot ledge. You could see the pucker factor in his eyes as the rear tires dropped of the slick muddy bank...


I think its time to start building the little runner.

Not far, boat loads of snow and like you see in the recovery threads that snow sucks bad.

I will call ya the next time we go out, looking for a lake and a couple of new trails...

Sounds good. I only get Sundays off now and often spend it working on the house as of late. But I like to get out now and again.

At least it sounds like I'd be able to keep up with you guys!

It was the end of my shift saturday and I did not have a camera or cell phone, so no pics.

We will be searching out some trails for a vi cruiser run and make it worth the drive.
