Mounting a rack to roll cage?

Search function was not my friend on this one.

Anyone know how to mount 2 crossmember bars to a roll cage that has a bikini top?

I’d like to mount a fly fishing rod case and paddleboard holder to the top of the 40 without removing the bikini.

I’ve been searching online for various clamps, etc. not sure if anyone has done something similar. I am not looking for a full basket but would be interested in seeing how people mounted around and over their bikini or soft top.

I don’t have a 40, but would consider some u-bolts the same radius as the roll cage bar to want to attach to.
