At this moment, have the extremely important task of training the dogs.......what a Sunday afternoon is all about.

Circa 1978. Laughed when I read the "anvil like clank of solid steel ingot hitting concrete." or the authors take on modern being "8 track player." Haha. (Yeah, I know sone of y'all used to wind up the Victrola, but my kids think I'm old for remembering cassette tapes and CDs, so....)

Braking performance was excellent?

Nothing wrong with the Victrola, stated in the same way I tell my kids there's nothing wrong with CDs. Hahaha.

there are many versions of the brooklands books. i have two. as for being warm??? that person never rode in twrecks on a winter morning.

They're adjusting well.

We had read about the shorter digestive tract issues inherent to the breed, but didn't think much of it.

I mean, how bad can 14-16lbs worth of dogs stink, right?

Let me tell you....it'll clear a room and the worst place to experience is in a vehicle for 8 hours....

Snore like a 90 year old man, snort like a pig and pass gas like a herd of elephants, but they're cute and cuddly, so guess there staying around.
