Upstate Cruisers will be having an event on Saturday at the highest point east of the Mississippi, we will be observing a moment of silence for one who was such an asset to the cruiser community. I have 2 friends who have and still own a M416 Trailer that he built up, and from what I have heard from both that Parker was a stand up guy, and we will do our part to remember him. Condolences to his family, and may he rest in the eternal peace that passes all understanding.
