Missing hose. (1 Viewer)

Hey guys.

I got my tune up kit from wits end, and I'm in the process of switching out the vacuum lines. I found this spot that looks like a hose should connect to it. It's mounted on the air filter housing. However the hose that leads out of it is connected to nothing.

Any help would be great. I've looked at diagrams and pictures but can't see it.

Honestly, that piece doesn't look familiar. Can you shoot it from a different angle?
Might be a port on the VSV valve for the charcoal canister.

That looks like some sort of device mounted to the bracket. Can you remove it, or is there any identification on it?

I dont know anything about 3FE's but if I bet its for a line from the charcoal canister. Pretty sure whatever it is it won't keep your truck from running. I wouldn't worry about it.
