mini truck sluggish

i have a 1995 mini truck just replaced the throttle body and still not running right need help it will idle up to 2500 and will start hezitating

Need pertinent information...like engine type, mileage, what has been replaced prior etc..

What else have you done? Why did you replace anything in the first place?

Couple things to check.

Timing off
Vacuum leak
Intake leak
Coolant level and that there is no air in the system

Engine size would definitely help.

Any time I had engine trouble and started "hunting" to find the problem. I would 1st do a proper tune up and an inspection of the ignition system and timing and if possible. It's cheap to do a tune up IMO and may not fix your problem. But it will rule out, start you off in the right direction, and it'll run that much better once the problem is fixed.
