BC 109 trail 22nd of Mar

Hey everyone,
I was wondering if any of you were interested in running Miller (Now BC 109) that weekend? I posted on the yahoo group also.
Later
Ron

Update.
Talked to Phil A. today, we're going to run the BC 109 trail (Miller is still closed) with the Frazier Park guys also.
Trail Team will be meeting 9 AM at Flying J and then to meet up with the FP club at 930 at the Lockwood turnoff.
See ya there
Ron

Most of the club(Gold Coast Cruisers) is meeting that day for some tech stuff. I just got back from B.C. 109 and there was snow and mud everywhere! It was fun and goopy and all.

Too bad we'll miss this with you :frown:

Dang it! I've already got a party on the calendar for that day or I'd be there. I need to get the cobwebs off the 40 and start getting ready for Moab. Have fun.:)

Looks like you had fun. I remember that spot with the quicksand. Danny pulled in and his front tires disappeared. :bounce::bounce2:

Heard that Miller wont be open till this fall due to some logging or filmmaking WTF?
Will any of you guys be up to BC 109 in the near future? I want to get some the club members to come south (Central Valley Crawlers) for a day run. Would like to hook up with some more cruiserheads.

This would be great.

Since you live in Bakersfield, how about putting together an overnight run up on the trails around Lake Isabella or the Kern River Valley? I know there's some good trails up there, I just don't know them. I'd love to wheel up there. I've been up the Sherman Jeep trail and to Monache Meadow a few times, that was fun, but I'm sure there are other good trails around there.

I agree with the fact there is some good stuff up there and I will work on that. Do you have an idea on how many might come?

No way of knowing that. I led two trips up to Coyote Flat with the NorCal group, and the first trip we had about 11 vehicles, the second time about 6.

I'm sure that a few from So Cal would go, depending upon the dates.

When I get my radiator fixed, I wanna head up to Monache again, haven't been there for a few years, and there's a few really cool camping spots.
