I picked up a set of IPF 901XS driving lights for my Prado but they don't fit the opening on my custom bumper. I believe the IPFs are an 8.5" light. They will go on my 100 series instead.
Looking for something slightly smaller but equally sturdy with good output. Sturdy is key because I live in a often dusty, at times flooded, place with very bad roads. Not interested in HIDs. Want a pair for under $300 including wiring.

PIAA 520 ATPs
IPF 800XS
Hella 700FF
What else should I consider?
