Sooooo Right! And you waste a lot of tubing trying to figure out getting the bend in the right spot, especially if you need more than one bend per piece of tubing. One of the back issues of FOUR WHEELER or 4WHEEL&OFF-ROAD had a nice tech article on roll-bars and gave the formula on how to figure out where to center the bends and etc. Anybody know which issue. i'll be digging it out soon if no one else can find it, and I'll post it.Junk said:Not sure if I'd want to learn how to fab by doing my own cage (maybe start with sliders and bumpers - something that won't kill you if it fails?).
