Soon. My calendar is filing up quickly. If I can’t make it on the decided date that is fine but I’ll pitch my two cents in. I’d prefer not on 26 JAN, 9-10 FEB, 17FEB, 23FEB (KRRP Frost Bite) 1-3MAR and 14-17MAR (BMR Disney, OK). Again, just a couple of pennies.

FYI on the meeting.. Here's the situation.. THe TLCA needs you.. it's a hobby club and we're not able to cover expenses very well right now. I would like to toss out a challenge to our club. Can we all insure we're up to date on our TLCA membership prior to the meeting? It will help the cash flow of a small publication and insure it stays afloat.
I"m trying as the EVP to redo the billing strategy for the insurance so that we basically break even on that. Others in the TLCA have taken pay cuts and we're cutting costs as much as possible.
We can get the roster from Peggy and heckling can commence if you are not up to date and don't want to be up to date at the meeting. We can provide Renewal slips at the meeting as well. I know someone..

while we ask it we aren't a stickler for the rules. it's highly recommended yes. we're not the most political club nor the most organized, would you want to be part of a club that makes you do stuff or just wants to have fun?

I'd prefer to be in a club where I was forced to drink at least one glass of high quality craft beer at an annual meeting. I would also like to be required to watch (or even help) in at least one axle tear down, transfer case overhaul or new dual battery system design per year. I would like to be in a club were I was forced to look at custom 4WD rigs, at least once a year, too.
