Rain ex my friend, brought me from Whistler all the way home in a downpour once before
Got home okay, wiper motor cooled off and functioned fine on the way home. Two cars parked on the side of the highway,
heavy rain, got their hazards on. So I slow, move to the left - Came within 5' of killing a man who had decided to
cross the highway in front of me at a run to get to the center barrier. Dark clothes, no reflectors didn't barely see
him until he was there.....fxxx! No idea what he was doing. Didn't stop to ask.
As they say in aviation, a miss is as good as a mile but never admit it over the radio.
That's all for now,
