Multiple hearty soups. Chili, white chili, chicken noodle, beef stroganoff. Boil the soup in the bags then one and sever for less cleanup. Double bag as once in a while I've had it rupture.

Ditto double bagging!

Sliced brisket, pulled pork, pre-made chili, curry, dal, rice, beans, cubed cooked potatoes, brats-n-kraut, etc... vacuum seal individual ingredients in single-serving portions (and frozen in flat packs). I use the 4mm thick bags and have yet to have one rupture, but double bagging is good advice. Hot water used to heat the meal can go through a pour-through or french press for coffee or be used for tea.
