Rob, I would be willing to volunteer to sell t-shirts for an hour or two if need be. I would volunteer for set up, however I work the night before so could not guarantee what time I would be arriving.

I'm swinging through Kamloops today/tomorrow on my way back to Abby if you need anything shipped south...

Based on our discussions at last night's meeting. Below is a parking 'GUIDE'

With a week to go, here is a summary of what to expect at Cruiser Days!

Weather: If it's hot, be sure to bring umbrellas, easy-ups, etc to stay out of the heat, as you can see there is little shade at the park

Food: There is an onsite concession as well as the Blackberry Cafe restaurant. Mr. Cool icecream truck will also be here this year

Vendors: If you are a 4X4 community supporting vendor, you are welcome to come and set up a tent/booth, WHY. Only cost is a raffle prize donation. Your company name will be acknowledged during the draw.

Raffle: Grand prize is the ARB Fridge (we will raffle one of these until Steve wins). Other prizes are donated by our generous vendors

Swap meet: Bring your non-leaking parts to sell or trade!

Best/Worst in Show: There will be a prize for best/worst in show voted by you, our participants. Worst in show must arrive on it's own power. This is not a push/pull/drag prize!

For the kids: There is a sandbox, loads of running room, walking trails, and we will also have a scavenger hunt with a prize for completing the hunt or spending 20-30 minutes at it until your parents give up!

50/50 Draw: There is a 50/50 draw with proceeds going to Camp Zajac

T-shirt sales: 2015 shirts are $25. Previous years' shirts are being sold for only $10 (limited sizes available)

Camping: At Hale creek; some members will be going Friday and staying until Sunday. George has offered to watch the camp during the show. THANKS GEORGE!

Trail Runs: TBD, depending upon who is at Hale on Saturday evening/Sunday, informal trail runs are being planned.

We are getting a lot of buzz on facebook and the event is advertized in papers and online car show forums, so hopefully, we'll see a good turnout this year!

Volunteers for setup, please arrive at 08:30. I'll need some volunteers for post cleanup afterward. It's pretty easy to cleanup, I think we picked up a half-dozen water bottles last year and that was it.

Group photo: A Coastal Cruisers group photo is being planned for immediately after the raffle around 2:30. Stay if you can, see the photo from 2012 below.

QUESTIONS?: Please let me know!
