When making the pouches use egg whites on the seal. You will never have a leaky pouch again..

I've tried cooking on the manifold once. DO NOT allow the pot to short out the primary wire on the coil while driving thru the middle of France. Adds a very bad small to the food.

Make the pouch oversized. Before folding a seam use a brush to apply the egg white. Triple fold the seam. We do this all the time and it works great.

never used it in the 15 or so years that I've been hauling it around from house to house...
