Where can I find a maintenance schedule in pdf form? I've searched all over the Lexus website and it only provides it in a form that I have to select the mileage to get the recommended service. I'd like it in one big pdf up to 120k service. Like the booklet that is provided with the car.

For LX it should be on the owners web site. Look for warranty and service guide, not maintenance.
