M1102 military trailer ?

I found one of these at what seems to be a fair price. I like the fact that its a all aluminium tub. And fairly light wieght(1400lbs). My plan is to add a rack or lid with a large RTT for the family camp trips with my wife and 2 young boys. What do you guys think of these?

I think, they're great, for what you want. The tongue jack, is alittle prone to breaking, but you might change that around anyway. They are wide, so it's not going down a narrow path. The Government is starting to dump alot of these, now

They are great trailers, Just a little wide for trails, torsion axles with hummer wheels You can use an 8 bolt GM rim and smaller tire to make them a little more road friendly.

I have seen then sell for less that $900.00 A good deal in my opinion.
