LX570 "Maintanance Required" message

Hello to everyone,
so I decided to play with vehicle customization settings, specifically maintenance reminders.
Added one for tires, oil and filter. after that, few drives later, I see message on my dash "Maintenance required".

The car is new to me so I am note sure how to check whats needed to be done. I have to reset it without knowing what could be the real reason.

Any way to find out?

I agree, read the manual, however the warning you're receiving is dealt with in the Multi-Information Display (by the spedo/tach). It should be under the Settings (gear logo) and under the Oil Maintenance menu. Use your steering wheel controls to access.

FYI, this is true for newer LC and LX models. There are different procedures for earlier years. Your manual will have the correct information. I only know my vehicle's.
