LX470 Slee 30mm Coil Spacer Install

@Zer0zg Can you give me some feedback on your install? How is the before and after ride improvement? Thanks in advance.

The ride was honestly pretty good before so I can’t say I noticed a huge difference. Looking at my graduations my globes are in good shape. The main reason for doing the install was to get my pressures down. I had it go to low mode when loaded with friends and gear once.

They way it’s set up they’re a bit low (5.2) in the rear now with the car completely empty and the third row out of the car. I tend to run either empty in town or with 4 friends + camping gear for long durations, so optimized to be in spec for the loaded down scenario. Rides fine either way now.

Put the Slee spacer on above the rubber shim on top of the spring.

I’m putting some spacers in for my coils currently, and I’m assuming by this you mean the thin rubber ring goes on top of the coil spring, then the new spacer on top of that?

Just wanted to say thanks to @nutter here. These directions worked great for me today once I was able to grind down my ironman spacers.

Also just FYI Slee apparently calls them "spring pads" now. This is why I went with ironman was because I couldn't find them on Slee's site, but later on I did:
