Lx470 frame number question

So I found a low miles lx470 that I want to import but the number in the chassis starts with UZJ100….. the title , vin behind the windscreen and door tag start different ? Last 7 are the same but the first is only different on the frame . Since this needs to be inspected for export I want to know if this is normal for a LX ?

Checked 2 other LX470’s and this seem to be normal

I looked at my 8/04 LX, registered as an 05
frame # matches the vin #
US spec
