Yes, i will take pics as i work on it. I dont have the sway bar on anymore and took the rear heater out, so that is all out of the way.

nice. I have been contemplating building a lower header for inside the frame rail for my 3fe to get it out of the way for sliders.

Got my new head to exhaust studs and nuts in, laser burnt a new flange to fit the 2.5" to 2.250" pipe adapter. Trying to get plenty of room between pipe and transfercase.

The muffler changes. Started out with the small one. Drone would give you a headache trail riding at around 1500 rpms, went to the middle walker quiet flow. It did better still had low rpm drone, so gonna try this bigger walker quiet flow. Im waiting on some 3 hole flange gaskets to show up, then will laser burn some flanges to bokt muffler on. Just in case this one sucks.. be easier to swap out.

Getting a little more done . Designed and burnt my 3 hole flanges for muffler end. Just used autostore sections of pipe. Got it trial fitted, now have to get hangers mounted, get a turn down, and see if i can get the 02 sensors fit in.

Heat wrapped and got 02 mounts on. Put a turn down on rear for now. May see if i can get my buddy with an exhaust bender to run it out the rear later. Was just seeing what i could do with off the shelf parts

holly cow game changer for was going to V-Band weld on rings and clamps. ****ing just works awesome and easy as hell to pull apart. fyi....
