I went with an off the shelf -18 offset which does work pretty well with the fender flares.
Thanks for sharing! Wow -18. Ok. So do they bump out beyond those flares a little bit too? I have + 5 wheels coming for mine and I’m wanting to keep them slightly tucked if not flush. Thanks again.

Have a link for those fender flares? Do they go over the stock ones, or you had to remove them?

They were not cheap, but excellent quality. Ensure they double up on shipping insulation. Mine came damaged most likely from the box being thrown around and the fenders were wrapped very well with foam sheets, but stacked on top of each other. Just unlucky because the one exposed section was rubbing against another part that was exposed.

I had them painted black and wrapped in PPF to go with the rest of the car as I was worried rocks would chip the underside and eat away at the fibreglass.

They go right over the stock ones and fit pretty well, but some of the bolt holes do not line up properly. Had to use 3m tape.

The other problem with these, is they taper down near the factory splash guard an then there is a tiny gap where the fender ends and the splash guards begin. So much water, dirt and mud get thrown up in between these gaps and really make a mess of things.

I still have yet to install my mud flaps. I might leave the factory splash guards in place and attach the mud flaps to them for extra support. Still undecided as of yet.

They're almost flush, maybe less than 1mm? I'll take another photo when I get the chance from the side.

The width matters too, to post that as well.
Is this the info you're looking for?

Yes and then there's shipping on top of that.

The Jaos fender flares are even more so I decided on these ones.

I've attached pics below to show the fitment of the flares over the factory ones and approximately how much they poke out... Looks a little more than 1mm, Please forgive my dirty girl, it's pretty much how like her :cautious:

So thankful to you for sharing these pictures. It’s impossible to find detailed views on any wide body LX builds (they are also rare). Ok I’m feeling better about my choice for the offset that I selected now. I’m also admittedly not doing an off road friendly build , mine will be purely street focused at this stage of the LX’s life with 24inch wheels. Thanks again for sharing. It’s looks rad.

I can't wait to see it!

Put on 285/70R18 Falken Wildpeak AT4s. The spec say they are an even 34".

No rubbing anywhere so far. Haven't checked it in Low though. AHC is in Normal in these pics but I do have the sensors adjusted on the fronts.
