LX 570 16-19 Any Model year differences?

Hello currently considering a 2017 LX 570. Are there any model year different from 16, 17, 18 and 19?
They all have the emergency automatic braking, lane departure, blind spot monitoring, active cruise, and parking cameras correct?

As far as I know only grouping of options in packages. There are threads on this and a web search brings up details. Lexus/Toyota usually have press releases on their site outlining MY changes.
