lx 470 water leaking into the ceiling (1 Viewer)

What is the best way to unclog the water draining hole in the moon roof. The driver side hole is partially blocked, it drain but it does not drain fast enough for water to slide though the A pillar.
I tried passing the gauge 12 wire, (I tried passing neutral in plastic coating and then bare ground wire) but it only go down half of foot. I can slide down almost all of 3 feet wire from the passenger end hole.

What else can I use? Is there a chemical I can use which can break the debris in the hole. Open for other suggestions.

Plastic line that is used on a garden trimmer. Weed eater is a brand name.
