 wow, thats very nice. I wouldn't care for all the title shuffling but I guess if thats what it takes its worth the effort. Curious to know what restoration shop did the work. It would give the buyer an idea of what kind of quality parts were used. TLC, Cool Cruisers, Mudrak or other.

It is not a restoration shop. Steve Radl is a real good friend of mine. He does all of his restorations just because he doesn't want to see old Land Cruisers rust away and wants to preserve as many as he can. He doesn't make ANY money off of cruisers. And it is just a hobby. He is a cruiser FREAK. He uses all OEM parts that he gets from Marve.they are very good friends and he gets all of his parts dirt cheap. Who ever bought this truck from him must have changed the rims, lift,......... Steve is all about stock. His restore partner(who did most of the work) recently died so he stopped restoring. His restoration work was truly amazing. You could not tell the difference between a cruiser in the 70's leaving Japan on a boat from the ones he has restored. Even every bolt or nut was OEM changed out thanks to Marve hooking him up.

This one doesn't look like Steve did a true restoration on it, or someone has really trashed it out. I am not saying it looks bad but Steve's work is showroom perfect. He usually spends $35,000 just on OEM parts for a rig that is in better shape than my 40 and then begins the restoration.

does anyone know somewhere else i can get the fork boot on the bottom of this page(Marlin Crawler : Transmission Parts & Accessories).

they want $12 shipping for the thing that i know don't cost that much.

if not ill bite the bullet and get it from there, as i really need it. that is what caused me to get stuck in the water hole at S. Island.

want to go a different route with my rims and tires so im putting both sets of rims and tires up for sale. ill try to get better pics this weekend.

these are 16 x 8 or 9 will measure later wearing 265/75 hankook at. took them to the levee after i got the truck and they worked great. they have about 50% tread left but two of them are worn more on the corners but still work well. they have surface rust around the middle but can easly be blasted and painted, if a buyer dont mind waiting i should be able to get them blasted and primed for free.

these are 15 x 10 wearing 33 x 12.5 dunlop mt radials. i just used rode these at sicily island and just took the levee from centerville to lake fausse point and they are awesome. they have at least 70% left if not more(not sure on the original measurement).

asking $200 for the 16s and $550 for the 15s or $700 for both.

Any one looking for a 4runner: southeasttexas.com - Autos

A friend is wanting the truck but the guy want split them up so he his looking for someone to buy the 4runners. The 4runners are both Fuel injected and running, the lifted red one has been used as camp vehicle and the brown one was just bought cause it was a good deal. My buddy has spoke with the seller and is going to go check them out and send me some pictures. So if you are interested in one of them let me know so we can work out a deal. He also has them on eBay but the picture is small and a set reserve.

A friend of mine has a 98 or 96 Runner with a 3.4 V6 that had been rolled on its side 140,000 miles. He wants $1000 for it. I don't know if this is a good deal or not. I don't really know anything about Runners, just passing on what I heard.

My neighbor stopped by my house today to see if I wanted to buy his 87 Toyota pickup. It has custom bumpers front and rear, looks like at least a 6 inch lift with new BFG MT 35's. And bobbed bed. He basically restored the truck. Has been painted camo. He wants $8500 for it. I know this is probably too high but I was just throwing it out there. He also has some 33 12.5 BFG MT's that are almost new...2 to 3k miles on them and mounted on some aluminum wheels. He is asking $600. I don't know the guy but if someone wants me to go take some pics, let me know.

The rolled Runner is a 97 SR5 3.4L V6 tan leather seats 164,000 on the ticker. It does not have 4X4. He started it for me on the phone and it seemed to purr. He wants $1000 for it and it is in New Iberia. I know this guy and he is very honest. May be some parts in there for someone.
