Hello all,
I'm trying to sell my Fj cruiser. I am going to try and sell locally ie Louisiana before I go to the classified on mud and Fj cruiser forums. I'm in New Orleans.
Selling for money to finish restoring my fj40. Oh and my wife says I have to many hobbies. Crazy woman!
Particulars are as follows:
2007 4x4/ automatic/ titanium/ 67k miles
Donohoe front coil overs with ome rear lift
33" pro comp extreme all terrains on American racing Teflon chamber rims(95% tread left)Spare also.
Dual battery system
Arb front bumper with warn 9.5 xp winch
Hella rear flood lights
Kenwood stereo with DVD/gps/tv/Sirius/back up camera/stock woofer.
Paint in good condition. Has a few branch lines that I'm bringing to have buffed out.
Driver seat has a small hole.(had a clip on my belt that caught when I got out of truck.)I am trying to fix that this week.
Usual plastic scratches on interior.
I used the truck to hunt. It has not been 4wd'd in a technical sense. Winch used to move trees out of my way. I have never used it to get unstuck.
I might have about 3/4 of a year left on extended warranty.

Also have the rear bag system.

Hey Mike,
The Fj40 is starting to move along now. I've been really busy with my three boys.
The 40 has been totally stripped down and is starting to go back together now. Just finished the mini truck disc swap. Frame is going to be powder coated next week and new suspension is on it's way to me. My hands are starting to heal and everything is clean and or new. I've turned the corner. Even if I don't comment, I'm still lurking.

I spotted this poor neglected Cruiser that looks like it's been junked behind a business in Opelousas looks like a 100 to me but I'm not to hip on LC identification yet

I did go kinda look at it, it was after hours so I didnt want to get the law called on me. The body and inside look good, the paint is pretty rough on the hood, looks like it hasnt moved in a while. It is actually behind a building that is scheduled to be demolished to make room for a strip mall in 30 days, there are 2 buildings there that the real estate developer is giving away if anyone can pay to move them, so I'm thinking he may want to clear out the smashed up vehicles he has behind them also (the cruiser is between 2 mangled trucks).
 
anyone want a galaxy 225 linear amp, a galaxy dx 44v radio(the radio is missing the power plug(its a flat 3 prong plug)), or a blue 1st gen pickup?

Thanks for the info :cheers: are there any numbers to call? That would be an absolute waste to let a 100 go to waste like that I'd show up in a blink if he wants it moved :D
 
Something funny about this guy. We have traded a few emails and he never mentioned anything about the 4WD. He said that his son was mad that he was selling it because he wanted it. After you posted this I sent him another note asking what was up and his response:

Yeah, my son listed it for sale when he stayed the summer at his moms house, 4x4 works just needs a cv shaft on passenger side, costs $65. I was giving it to him, he turns 16 in December but he decided he didn't want it , he wants a car instead. I'm just gonna sell it and get me a truck.
