He has a trail rig.....the Queen. He wheels the snot out of that thing. :hillbilly:

I'm going to say he is just mourning the loss......:frown:

"Wanted" to sell it and "needing" to sell it are two different things. I'll miss the truck. Was a good one.

I don't get into 60's just 40's but someone posted a nice looking 60 for cheap on NOLA craiglist if you guys want to take a look.

Thanks for posting , thats the great thing about cruisers every model was as stout as the other and all great rigs. I'd have one of each if I could :D

Yeah, It was a SAD day for scott.

I happened to take the long way to the camp from work, to finish the brakes on my 62, and just so happened to see this big ol' beauty on a goose neck. So I pulled in the place, and got out the truck.

Saw this fellow in the passenger side and thought I recognized the truck, and figured that the fellow in it was who I thought it was.

Well it was. The fellow Scott sold it to seemed VERY Excited about buying it, and actually has a Fj40 if I'm not mistaken.

He was really nice, and was super pleased.

Scott was sad, and somber.

I asked how he was getting home, because I didn't see another vehicle to bring him home. And knew that if the fellow had to turn that Long Gooseneck into any place around Lafeyette that he would have a fun time. So I offered to bring Scott back home.

He could bairly look back. Sad day.

I thought it was a beautiful site, and couldn't bear to part with mine, So I know what Scott was thinking.

Well It seems that it's off to a good home, and Scott, it only means one thing, You get to find another troopy, This time Right hand Drive.. :D

Thanks
Cody

If i remember right I think it was Matt that asked if I ever sold my trailer to please let him know. Matt I am trying to sell my trailer. Now that I have told him, everyone else in the room: I am trying to sell my trailer.

I think it is a 2007 Performance by parker. 16foot of deck+2 foot of dovetail. Cost 2000+tax new would like to get 1500 if posible. for a club member it is negotiable. Got a lead on a gooseneck and need to get this one sold ASAP so if you are at all interested make me an offer, worst I can say is no right?

Good: tows very well, brakes work good.
Bad: Needs some boards, the dovetail is pretty rotten(they suport my 4runner but they are scary looking), and there is one of the main boards on the deck that could use changing.

Matt doesn't read this forum too much so you may want to call or text him;) I'll see his :princess: tomorrow so I can let her know to tell Matt.
