I am 98% sure that I'm going to sell my bumper and fab up something else. So I could make the 8274 fit, but was thinking of going bigger than 8k. Whatever I buy is going on the front and my Warn 8k is going in my rear bumper, so I may consider the fast 8274. I change my mind as quick as I change lanes, so who knows what I'll end up doing. Thanks for the lead on the Superwinch and the advice. Anyone have a deal on an 8274 that I can't pass up?:D

How much is your$$ limit on a warm 12K ?

Albert, is that a trick question?:D I'd like to spend around $500 for whatever winch, I decide to go with. If I had to rebuild an 8274 or a 12k then that could change.

A fully built 80 is a bit much for a 8274 but with that said I'd still snatch it to death and put one if it fit in my ARB  Love the line speed and reliability not to mention its easy to rebuild and the parts are available.

Why? I though you were pretty proud of those swampers!

Yes but they are impossible to balance. I have been thinking lately of making the 4runner more road worthy so that for close runs like Sicily island and mild places I could just drive the 4runner rather than loading everything up and trailering.

I mean Paul takes Tuck over 95% of the trails we over, but he has a truck that he can daily drive. I have a big 4 wheeler. I miss driving the 4runner.

EDIT: I need to pull everything down to try and fix my beadlocks, I may try to dump some airsoft pellets in them to try to internally balance the tires as a last resort.

Use about 10 oz on each tire and see how that works for you. I am running about 8 in each of mind. I bought a huge container of clear/green hard plastic ones and had probably 1/2 canister to spare when I finished.

I have a bunch left over you can have when you're ready for the pellets

80 For Sale

I'm selling my 93 FZJ80. Rough interior, broken hood latch cable. All windows/locks work, heat and ac work as well. Runs and drives well. Don't worry about the price in the ad, make me an offer. Thanks.

1993 Toyota Landcruiser

The automatic has to go. Vader is going up on the chopping block. 96' FZJ-80, 154K, 3 inch lift, 35' Goodyear Wrangler MT's with 5,000 hard mall miles, ARB bumper, Warn 12000, new 3 core radiator, new blue clutch fan, completely new interior, sorta, 2.5 years (including leather, back to front). I probably missed a few things but if you are interested, I'll make up some extra stuff and rope you in. - $7,500.99

Edit: Oh, No lockers but I will buy you an Aussie for the rear, they don't twist the inner axle as easy as an auto locker (ask me how I know). Bash away locker guys. Hey I'll even throw in some inner axle shafts from Slee that robbed my wallet of around $700 IIRC.
