p.s, the reason i call the rig hotel toyota is because, apart from sleeping in there where i go camping, ive lived in the truck for months at the time whereby i had no fixed address ;)
 
actually, when you were living in the Hotel Toyota, your fixed address was either 1988 or 1989 Toyota Way...:idea:

been there done that (didn't get the T-shirt). I have lived at 1984 Toyota Lane and 1977 Toyota Street...

Location: Kawartha Lakes near in between Burnt River and Bobcaygeon
Atmospheric Conditions: Beautiful, Sunny, way too hot and the walleye were bitting saterday night
mpg: 16 or 14.7 L/100km (489km 72L) including 3hrs of offroading

i did a minor tune up before leaving; oil change+new filter, new fuel filter and a new (score:free!) toyota muffler with tail pipe (from a bj60)

I have know freakin clue whats going on here but the pictures are pretty cool so its all good
 
jul-aug trip quebec

edit:
just wanted to say that the new mtrs are holding up very well.
i broke a shock mount on the trip
and best mpg i got was on the highway on the way to quebec, i got 576km on 82L or 16.5 mpg, which i thinkwas pretty good for 5.29s

from aug30-31-sept1 labour day weekend

out on the consession lake trail off bass lake road near bobcaygeon with a good buddy of mine with a 91 4runner. it took us a good 6 hours to finish that section of the trail

here are a couple picture from thanksgiving weekend,
i went for a solo wheeling tour of my usual trail around bobcaygeon.

i broke the driver side headlight door, ds. tail light cover, and the bearing on my power steering idler busted

its hard taking pictures when you are by yourself...
and the camera does no justice for how the terrain was
