Do you really need to remove the calipers or just replace the pads? To replace the pads, simply pop the spring clip and push the pins out, then slide out the old pads. Crack the bleeder nipple and force the pistons back, slide in new pads, replace the clip. It takes about 10 minutes a side.

Renoving the calipers is as described, but if you're only removing them to get the hubs off, you don't have to undo the brake lines, just tie up the caliper to the suspension rather than leaving it hanging.
